These Terms govern your use of Klix, a Chrome extension and related service developed and operated by Klix Labs. Klix helps users draft personalized professional LinkedIn outreach messages. Klix is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by LinkedIn or Microsoft.

Eligibility

Use Klix only if you can legally enter into these Terms and comply with the laws and platform rules that apply to your outreach.

Service description

Klix appears on LinkedIn profile pages and, when you choose to use it, drafts an outreach message from visible profile context and your sender context. Klix is a draft-writing assistant only. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, copying, and manually sending any message.

Klix does not automatically send messages, automate connection requests, provide bulk messaging, scrape LinkedIn at scale, harvest leads, or operate as a dating, matchmaking, surveillance, or spam service.

Acceptable use

Do not use Klix for spam, harassment, deception, impersonation, unlawful outreach, scraping abuse, bulk messaging, platform abuse, or activity that violates LinkedIn rules or any applicable law. Klix Labs may limit, suspend, or terminate access for abuse, suspected fraud, payment problems, security risk, or misuse.

Free and Pro quotas

Free users receive a monthly generation quota. Klix Pro is a higher finite monthly quota. Quotas, rate limits, and abuse-prevention limits are enforced server-side and may change during beta.

Billing and cancellation

Klix Pro is a recurring subscription billed through Stripe Checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Stripe processes payment information; Klix Labs does not store full card numbers.

When available, use Manage subscription in the Klix popup to open Stripe Billing Portal for payment-method updates or cancellation. For cancellation help, email Klix Labs at racemask03@gmail.com. Include the email used at Stripe Checkout and your Klix Support ID if available. If payment fails, a subscription is canceled, or Stripe reports a non-active subscription state, Pro access may be removed.

User responsibility

You are responsible for your messages and outreach decisions. Review all generated drafts before using them. Do not represent AI-generated text as verified facts unless you have checked it.

Intellectual property and feedback

Klix and its software, branding, and documentation are owned by Klix Labs or its licensors. If you send feedback, you allow Klix Labs to use it to improve Klix without obligation to compensate you.

Service changes and availability

Klix is a public beta. Features, quotas, pricing, model providers, and availability may change. The service may be interrupted, rate-limited, unavailable, or discontinued.

Disclaimers and liability

Klix is provided as-is and as-available. Klix does not guarantee replies, conversions, deliverability, LinkedIn account outcomes, uninterrupted service, or error-free generated text. To the extent permitted by law, Klix is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost business, lost data, outreach outcomes, or platform enforcement actions arising from your use of Klix.

Legal review needed

Legal entity name, governing law, refund policy, arbitration terms, tax language, and consumer subscription notices still require owner/legal review before broad public launch.
