Support

Email Klix Labs at klix.support@gmail.com for Klix public beta support.

What to include

For most requests, include your browser version, a short description of the issue, and your safe Klix Support ID from the extension popup. Do not send your install token, passwords, API keys, card numbers, or other secrets.

Billing and cancellation

Klix Pro is billed by Stripe as a recurring subscription. If Klix has a trusted billing record for your install, use Manage subscription in the Klix popup to open Stripe Billing Portal for payment-method updates or cancellation. For billing questions, cancellation help, or refund review, include the email used at Stripe Checkout and your Support ID if available.

Pro status problems

If Pro does not appear after Checkout, reopen the Klix popup on LinkedIn to sync status. If it still fails, email support with your Stripe checkout email and Support ID.

Generation failures

Include whether the failure happened on Generate or Regenerate, the visible error message, and whether it happened on one LinkedIn profile or multiple profiles. Do not send full profile text unless support specifically asks for a minimized example.

Conversation Assist failures

Include whether the issue happened in a normal one-to-one LinkedIn Messaging thread, the visible Klix error message, and whether the thread changed while Klix was generating. Do not send private conversation text, participant names, or thread URLs unless support specifically asks for a minimized example.

Extension troubleshooting

Refresh the LinkedIn tab, confirm you are on a `linkedin.com/in/` profile page, and reopen Klix. If the issue continues, include your Chrome version and whether the Klix button, sidebar, popup, or checkout failed.

Abuse and security reports

Report suspected abuse, spam misuse, security issues, exposed secrets, or payment problems to Klix Labs at klix.support@gmail.com. Use a clear subject such as "Klix security report" or "Klix abuse report".

Privacy and deletion requests

Email your Support ID and, for billing-related deletion requests, the email used at Stripe Checkout. Klix can help delete backend records tied to your install ID where technically and legally possible. Stripe may retain payment records under its own legal and compliance obligations. You can delete local extension data by clearing Chrome extension storage or uninstalling Klix.

Writing style, local learning, and recent drafts

Use Writing style in the Klix popup or sidebar to edit or clear Writing style preferences, clear count-only local learning, disable local recent drafts, or clear recent draft history. These controls do not remove your install ID, billing state, quota, referral state, or analytics consent choice.
